Recording Artist and Producer Pharrell Williams is selling his Miami Penthouse

Via Realtor
It appears Pharrell Williams’ lofty expectations for his Miami penthouse have come back down to earth. The acclaimed hip-hop artist raised eyebrows in November when he posted the Bristol Tower trilevel in November for a staggering $16.8 million.
However, the home has languished on the market for nearly nine months, so the former N.E.R.D. member has reportedly lowered his asking price by nearly $6 million.
Terraces are the name of the game at Pharrell’s now $10.9 million offering. The 9,090-square-foot penthouse comes with a multitude of outdoor spaces that soak up dramatic views of South Beach. There’s a 180-degree wrap-around balcony, a pool terrace, a second-level pool and terrace, a summer kitchen patio and a rooftop terrace.
Other highlights include private elevator access, a home theater and floor-to-ceiling glass throughout.
